TEENS AT ORIGIN — BUILD STRENGTH, MOVE FREELY

Our teen programs are designed to help young people develop strength, confidence, and body control in a supportive, high-energy environment. Whether they’re focused on improving athletic performance, learning new skills, or simply building movement confidence, we help teens progress safely and at their own pace.

These sessions are all about developing strong, capable bodies - while having fun, connecting with others, and exploring what movement can offer.

ATHLETIC CONDITIONING FOR TEENS

This class builds the physical foundation for teens to move with confidence, power, and control. Combining elements of gymnastics-style strength training, parkour agility, and mobility work, we focus on developing strong, capable bodies that can perform well in any environment.

It’s a challenging, rewarding session that helps teens build real-world strength — without the pressure of traditional gym training. With an emphasis on body control, coordination, and resilience, this class supports athletic performance, reduces injury risk, and gives teens the tools to move well for life.

FRIDAY NIGHT OPEN SESSIONS

Friday nights are for movement, challenge, and fun. These sessions offer teens a mix of guided skill coaching and the freedom to explore — blending parkour flow, acrobatics, and creative movement in a dynamic, supervised space.

Coaches lead training and provide support throughout, helping teens work on flips, flow, strength, or whatever they’re into - all while keeping the energy high and the environment safe. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the week: learning new skills, pushing boundaries, and moving with friends.
