At Origin, our adult classes combine bodyweight strength, mobility, and skill development to help you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence.

We focus on building strong, resilient bodies through practical, functional movement. Expect a mix of structured skill progressions, strength development, and supportive coaching - all in a welcoming environment where adults of all levels can train, explore, and progress at their own pace.

Whether you’re completely new to movement or ready to explore parkour, tumbling, gymnastics strength training, handstands, or mobility work, our space is designed to meet you where you’re at.

CLASS: STRENGTH & MOBILITY

This class blends mobility, strength, and functional movement to help you build a body that’s strong, resilient, and capable. Expect a mix of animal crawls, weighted stretching, mobility flow, and bodyweight strength work - designed to bulletproof your joints, improve flexibility, and unlock better movement control.

You’ll build control, improve range of motion, and develop lasting, functional strength from the ground up. Whether you’re new to movement or looking to level up your training, it’s all about moving better, feeling stronger, and building a body that can handle whatever life (or the gym) throws at you.

All levels welcome - start where you’re at, progress at your pace.

CLASS: HANDSTANDS AND INVERSIONS

Discover strength, balance, and control as you learn to master handstands and inversions in a supportive, structured environment. Whether you're a complete beginner or working toward specific handstand skills, this class will help you progress with confidence.

We focus on building the foundations of inverted movement through drills, body alignment, strength work, and safe skill progressions. Expect to improve your core strength, mobility, and body awareness - all while developing the confidence to explore being upside down.

No experience required - this class is designed for all levels, with options to challenge you wherever you're at.

CLASS: FREESTYLE MOVEMENT - PARKOUR AND TUMBLING

This high-energy class blends parkour, tumbling, and creative movement to help you build strength, confidence, and body control in a fun, progressive environment. You'll develop essential movement skills - from precision jumps to rolls, vaults, flips, and flow sequences - all designed to improve agility, resilience, and creativity.

Our experienced coaches guide you through safe skill progressions tailored to your ability level, whether you're completely new to movement or looking to sharpen your freestyle skills.

Expect a mix of obstacle work, tumbling basics, strength training, and movement challenges - all designed to help you move confidently in any environment.

All levels welcome - progress at your pace, explore your potential.

COACH SUPPORTED OPEN SESSIONS

Our Guided Open Sessions are the perfect opportunity to explore the parkour course, tumbling areas, and obstacles at your own pace, with a coach available to support your movement. Whether you want to practice skills from class, try new challenges, or simply move freely in a safe and dynamic environment, these sessions give you the freedom to progress on your terms.

Coaches are present throughout the session to offer tips, guidance, and spotting where needed, but you're in control of how you explore. It's an ideal way to build confidence, improve skills, and enjoy the space in your own way - no pressure, just movement.
